Big East Coach of the Year (1998) Terrence William Shea (born June 12, 1946) is an American football coach and former player who was the head coach of the Aviators of The Spring League. Shea also performs quarterback consulting work for future NFL draft prospects.

As expected, just now the new league has dropped a press release naming Terry Shea as the second head coach in MLFB.
His impressive coaching resume includes Heisman Trophy winners like Robert Griffin III and Sam Bradford, Super Bowl Champion Matt Stafford, and numerous other NFL quarterbacks. Coach Shea provides flexible training options, including weeklong experiences and long-term, consistent programs.
Coach Shea has coached at both the college and NFL levels for more than 35 years. Shea served as QB coach for the KC Chiefs, Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Rams. As the QB coach at KC Chiefs and Miami Dolphins, Coach Shea coached NFL All-Pro Trent Green. Shea also served as the Offensive Coordinator for the Chicago Bears.

Terry Shea was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 2001 to 2008, finishing his career as the quarterbacks coach of the St. Louis Rams. Over his eight years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative win/loss record of 54-74-0.
