Takoma Records. discography. Takoma Records were founded in 1959/60 by John Fahey with Norman Pierce and ED Denson. In 1978 the label has been taken over by Chrysalis, in the 1980s by Allegiance Records. In 1995 the label has been purchased by Fantasy Records, in 2004 Fantasy was merged with Concord Records.
