Take a Look Over Your Shoulder is the second studio album by the G-funk rapper Warren G. It was released on March 25, 1997, under his own label G-Funk Entertainment and Def Jam Recordings . It contains the hits "I Shot the Sheriff" (US#20, UK#2), and "Smokin' Me Out" (US#35, UK#14).
In 1997 the duo appeared on Warren G's second album Take a Look Over Your Shoulder on the track "We Brings Heat". On Tha Eastsidaz 2000 debut album, Tha Eastsidaz, the Twinz were featured on the track "Dogghouse". In 2009 with the help of Snoop Dogg, Twinz released an EP titled Tha Loccs, which has five tracks.
The Twinz contributed to G's second album, Take a Look Over Your Shoulder (1997), but their effort did little to salvage their stint with Def Jam. The label consequently parted ways with the Twinz, as did G, who himself began to struggle. ~ Jason Birchmeier
Twinz is an American hip hop duo from Long Beach, California. It consists of twin brothers Trip Locc and Wayniac. After making their debut on the 1994 album Regulate...G Funk Era by Warren G, they released their debut album, Conversation, in 1995. The album, produced entirely by Warren G, found decent chart success, as did its two singles.
