6 de may. de 2024 · Summer Knights도 호평을 받았다. 2015년에 발매한 1집 B4.DA.$$ 는 믹스테잎을 뛰어넘지 못했다는 평도 받았으나, 전체적으로는 90년대 붐뱁의 뛰어난 재현이라는 호평을 받으며 수작으로 평가받았다. 2017년에 발매한 2집 ALL-AMERIKKKAN BADA$$ 는 현대 힙합과의 조화를 선보였는데, 이 때문에 호불호가 갈렸다.

27 de abr. de 2024 · Joey first started performing under the name JayOhVee but changed it to Joey Bada$$ before his group the Pro Era crew, featuring Powers Pleasant, Capital STEEZ, and Dirty Sanchez, signed to Cinematic Music in 2012. The same year, Joey debuted his solo mixtape 1999, which was followed by the Summer Knights EP later in the year.
