Stowe was rated Excellent in its most recent ISI inspection in 2018; ISI inspectors noted that students make strong contributions to the wider community, and have confident decision-making, outstanding social skills. It also praised the huge range of competitions, sporting and team activities available at the school.

Spritual Life. Stowe was established in a particular context of Christian Faith, as expressed through the Church of England. Protestant and Evangelical in its declared foundation, the School now embraces pupils, their families and the whole staff community who comprise many Christian traditions, as well as different Faiths and philosophies.
