Steve Hyams Mick Ralphs Mick Bolton Derek John "Blue" Weaver: Mott the Hoople were an English rock band formed in Herefordshire. Originally named the Doc Thomas Group, the band changed their name after signing with Island Records in 1969.
Steve then received an offer from the States, and so departed. After a week or so, the others saw sense and dropped the idea of resurrecting the Mott The Hoople name. These demos eventually surfaced in 1993, on the See For Miles label (SEACD 7 ). Steve Hyams' management was told this was on condition they did not use the
Steve Hyams. Shared Observations/ Every Picture Tells a Story. My painting process involves the portrayal of elements observed in Nature. The marks made are influenced by my Life experiences. I seek to share a sense of wonderment, inspiring the viewer's exploration of the painting - perhaps to find seeds for their own narrative.
