Samuel Stephen Forbert (born December 13, 1954) is an American pop/folk singer-songwriter. His 1979 song " Romeo's Tune " reached No. 11 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and No. 13 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart.
