Stephen Paul Barclay (born 3 May 1972) is a British politician who has been the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since November 2023, having previously served in various cabinet positions under prime ministers Theresa May, Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak between 2018 and 2023.

Steve Barclay is the current Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and has held several other roles in the UK government since 2016. He is a Conservative MP for North East Cambridgeshire and a qualified solicitor with a background in insurance and finance.
