Stephen Paul Barclay (born 3 May 1972) is a British politician who has been the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since November 2023, having previously served in various cabinet positions under prime ministers Theresa May, Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak between 2018 and 2023.

Steve Barclay is the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since 13 November 2023. He was previously the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, and the Chief Secretary to the Treasury.
