Stars of the Roller State Disco plot. Unemployed young people spend their days at the roller disco and roller skating their laps. That is until they are called upon to take low-paying jobs as soon as they become available. For the youth, it is a life of vending machine food, video games, and freely available sex and drugs as a distraction.
