Stan Lee (født Stanley Martin Lieber 28. desember 1922, død 12. november 2018) var en amerikansk manusforfatter, tegneserieskaper og redaktør for Marvel Comics. Han var kjent for å ha skapt en rekke av Marvels best kjente figurer sammen med særlig Jack Kirby, men også med Steve Ditko og andre tegnere.
