Hace 5 días · Rock, Ambient Pop. Tim Friese-Greene. “I Believe in You” is a hauntingly beautiful song by Talk Talk, released in 1988 as part of their album “Spirit of Eden”. The song evokes a sense of introspection and contemplation, with its ethereal soundscapes and emotionally driven lyrics.
Perhaps TW would be the better format to discuss Spirit Of Eden specifically, as it is an album that made sure Talk Talk would drop off the pop charts forever. This album did, of course, spark the post-rock movement, but even if no other bands were inspired by this album, it would still be a monumental acvheivement in my opinon.
