South of Sunset is an American crime drama television series that aired on CBS in 1993. The program starred Glenn Frey , Aries Spears , and Maria Pitillo and premiered on October 27, 1993. The premiere episode performed poorly in the ratings, causing the network to cancel the series shortly thereafter.

This very short CBS series features a LA private eye, Cody McMahon, who struggles to make money from his cases and will do anything to solve his cases. He is teamed up with a wise guy, Ziggy Duane, and a lovely actress hopeful, Gina Weston as Cody's secretary.
