Ian Scott Anderson MBE (born 10 August 1947) is a British musician best known for his work as the singer, flautist, acoustic guitarist, primary songwriter, and sole continuous member of the rock band Jethro Tull.

29 de jul. de 2022 · In late 2021, Goldmine caught up with Ian Anderson to discuss Jethro Tull’s The Zealot Gene, their first new studio album in almost 20 years (which arrived in January 2022).
The album includes a cover of the Ronettes' "Be My Baby", with verses in English, French, and Malagasy. The production, by Sabah Habas Mustapha, is flawless. As usual, mentor Ian Anderson (of Jethro Tull fame) contributes some liner notes and a slide guitar cameo.
