It’s a funny / catchy rock song that would have been a big radio hit had Nilsson not sung the phrase “f**k you” several times. Nonetheless, it’s a wonderful singalong and George Harrison’s perfectly crafted slide guitar work adds to the ruckus nature of the tune.
