Should I say "come somewhere" or "come to somewhere"? Just an example: "Come to somewhere near" or "Come somewhere near"?

In the first sentence, "somewhere" would would say that the album will be released in a particular (unnamed) location next year. In the second, "somewhere" would suggest that the library building is being razed or abandoned and that the library will reopen in a different (unnamed) location next year.
