Hace 15 horas · I was shy and was always told to not get a big head. And my favourite thing in the world was to work 14 hours a day in the studio. Everything else was peripheral to me, like having the record out and promoting it. I did have a big house, but I didn't do rock-star things. I never saw myself like that. I was a songwriter, singer and producer.

David Breeze, 80, believes the barrier was built following a dispute over him crossing a small strip of land to reach a public footpath when leaving his back garden. Mr Breeze has regularly used the gate at the property in Reedham, Norfolk for the last 23 years.

I have a happy toddler and he is sometimes whiny. They’re crossing over into that age where they know they can communicate and know what they want, but they can’t tell you. Very normal.
