Dunbar’s inventive and entertaining playing can be heard on a slew of reggae and dub classics and he released two solo albums, both in the late-'70s, SIMPLE SLY MAN and SLY WICKED AND SLICK. Around this time, Dunbar was the first drummer successfully to integrate synthesized drums into his kit.
