East Side Story is the fourth studio album by new wave group Squeeze. The album peaked at number 19 in the UK Albums Chart, spending 26 weeks in the listing. [4] The album marked a shift from the new wave sound of their earlier work, as it contained songs influenced by rockabilly, R&B, blue-eyed soul, Merseybeat, and psychedelia among other genres.
The set included the band's first six studio albums, each digitally remastered. These CDs were made available for individual purchase in 1998. In 2007, the album was digitally remastered and released in Japan. It contains 4 bonus tracks, one of which is a single edit of Take Me I'm Yours.

Each of the first six Squeeze CDs is included in this package, as well as a booklet that has more information about the band and "Six of One" than you'll ever need to know. Each CD is digitally remastered for great sound quality, and two bonus tracks have been tacked on to all of the six albums.
