His 2010 solo album, Singularity, is a masterful collection of instrumental pieces that sound very much like what you might expect from an elder Krieger. Forty years hasn’t altered his attack or made him any less amazing.

A singularity is something unique or distinct, and given Krieger’s style, the title is a good fit. Krieger likens a singularity to a profound event, and that describes his discovery of flamenco guitar during his formative years.
