La música de Shrek 2 fue compuesta por Harry Gregson-Williams pero además en la película se incluyeron temas vocales de diferentes artistas como es el tema All Star interpretada por Smash Mouth que hace parte de su albúm Astro Lounge y es su segundo sencillo, la cual fue usada en la banda sonora de Shrek.
