Shiplake College is a private boarding and day school in Shiplake, by the River Thames, just outside Henley-on-Thames, England. The school, with 520 pupils, takes boys from 11–18 and girls from 16–18. From September 2023 girls will join Year 7 as the school transitions to become fully co-educational by 2027. [1]
The College Governors are committed to broadening access to the school by offering means-tested financial support to eligible parents or guardians to assist with the payment of school fees. Such support is known as a bursary and may be awarded in the form of a discount on tuition fees, depending on the financial, compassionate or other pertinent circumstances of applicants.
Shiplake College is an independent co-educational boarding and day school for around 520 pupils aged 11 to 18. There has been a co-educational Sixth Form since 1998 and in September 2023 girls joined in Year 7 as the College goes fully co-educational. Flexi, weekly and full boarding is available from Year 9.

College Fees. Fees are charged termly in advance (three equal bills annually) and payment is due by the first day of each term or by monthly instalments with the prior agreement of the Bursar. The College Governors review fees annually and will minimise fee increases where possible.
