23 de mar. de 2020 · Shazam! is a game-charger for the DCEU and comic book movies in general. Sandberg’s vision is wonderfully executed without any pretension. One of the best in the DCEU canon, SHAZAM! is a triumph. Superb, sweet and smart, this is a feel-good superhero movie you’ll want to see over and over again.
5 de abr. de 2023 · In my book, Shazam is as strong as Superman due to the strenght of Hercules, tho i do believe Superman wins in a fight due to experience with more powerful beings, such as darkseid. But for example, in Kingdom Come, Shazam won the fight, though he did not survive the Nuclear blast, while Superman did, so maybe Shazam is stronger, but definately ...

Also, Billy’s mom should’ve remembered her pre-Crisis death via car accident in 1927 and pre-Flashpoint death by Theo Adam instead of retaining her post-Flashpoint history and continuity.

That’s short sighted. The first film was a highly unknown character to general audiences & made a nice profit. It’s been not even a week for the sequel you can’t call it a bust. It only had a $25m budget increase it won’t take much to break even or make a profit.
4 de mar. de 2022 · I had both kazaam and shazam with Dutch subtitles on VHS at my mother's place (parents divorced) my father remembers buying both movies. Shazaam played out on the west coast and had a brother and a sister with blond hair and bleu eyes Starring in it they had a widowed mother, they were sad about their father and bored in the basement looking thru his old stuff when they found the lamp in a coffer.

Alex Ross is one of my favorite artists for Captain Marvel and Superman, I'm about to get the absolute edition of the collection featuring the other stories by Dini and Ross. I already own the original trades of those stories for Shazam! and Batman, looking forward to reading the others.
