Shaoxing (léase en chino: Sháo-Sing, lit. 'Shao4xing1.ogg' (en chino simplificado, 绍兴市; pinyin, Shàoxīng shì) es una ciudad-prefectura en la provincia de Zhejiang, República Popular de China. Limita al norte con el río Qiantang, al sur con Jinhua, al oeste con Hangzhou y al este con Ningbo.
Shaoxing is a prefecture-level city on the southern shore of Hangzhou Bay in northeastern Zhejiang province, China. Located on the south bank of the Qiantang River estuary, it borders Ningbo to the east, Taizhou to the southeast, Jinhua to the southwest, and Hangzhou to the west.
