Johannes Seek Shelter is an exciting merger of inspiration ranging from pop to country to classic rock. The album is variegated, but enthrallingly cohesive. It's innovative, but customary to the Iceage sound. They've outdone themselves. Favorite track: Drink Rain.
Seek Shelter is the fifth studio album by Danish punk rock band Iceage. It was released on 7 May 2021, by Mexican Summer. A post-punk album with classic rock and Britpop influences, Seek Shelter experiments with diverse sounds that recalls the music of the Pogues, the Replacements, the Rolling Stones, and the Velvet Underground.

Released earlier this year to critical acclaim, Seek Shelter is Iceage’s fifth album and first for Mexican Summer. The record saw Iceage’s propulsive momentum pushing them in expansive and ecstatic directions, with Sonic Boom (Pete Kember of Spacemen 3) on production and the addition of another guitarist.
