  6. Secret Messages is, well, different. The title track is still a bright and new-wave ELO track that blends into Loser Gone Wild as seamlessly as Back in the U.S.S.R. to Dear Prudence. There are a lot of good things to be said about this album, but there are some aesthetic contingencies that make people overall dislike it.
