It's a dognapping gone awry when dim-bulb butler Willard Fillmore (Norm Macdonald) and his equally inept friend Rusty Hayes (Dave Chappelle) swipe the mutt of Macdonald's crusty employer (Elaine Stritch) and "attempt" to hold it for ransom.
