Notes. Say No More is the last studio album recorded by British rock band Badfinger that contained new material. Issued in January 1981 on Radio Records, the LP was the second and last attempt by Tom Evans and Joey Molland to recapture Badfinger's earlier market success, which was lost after the death of band founder Pete Ham in 1975.
While Airwaves sounded to cater to radio listeners, Say No More is pure rock. That's not to mean that this is a hard-rocking album--Badfinger sounds overall as poppy as ever on this one. However, there is nary a ballad to be found here (though a couple of the lighter songs come close) and the production barely sounds "80's" on most of the tracks.
2 de ene. de 2014 · Say No More CD had a Mastering error, as the track Crocadillo and No More were pressed as 2 complete tracks no crossfade like the LP version. Joey and Tom did record 2-4 songs (demos?) for a follow-up to Say No More, but they could not get a Label advance from Radio Records/Atlantic. Over You is a nice collection of some of Tom's last work.

The single "Love is Gonna Come at Last" from Airwaves reached No. 69 on the Billboard chart. With Glenn Sherba added on second guitar and Richard Bryans (from the band Aviary) replacing Clarke on drums, Badfinger released their second post-Ham album, Say No More, in 1981, with the album being distributed by Radio Records.
