Saul Stacey Williams (born February 29, 1972) is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, musician, poet, writer, and actor. He is known for his blend of poetry and alternative hip hop, and for his lead roles in the 1998 independent film Slam and the 2013 jukebox musical Holler If Ya Hear Me .

Saul Williams is a multidisciplinary artist who combines poetry, music, film and activism. His latest album, Neptune Frost, is a sci-fi musical co-directed by Anisia Uzeyman and featuring Zach de la Roca, Serj Tankian and Ikey Owens. He also has a spoken word album, Encrypted & Vulnerable, and a film, Neptune Frost, in theaters.
