Sara Dylan (born Shirley Marlin Noznisky; October 28, 1939) is an American former actress and model who was the first wife of singer-songwriter Bob Dylan. In 1959, Noznisky married magazine photographer Hans Lownds; during their marriage, she was known as Sara Lownds .

Sara Dylan, born Shirley Marlin Noznisky, is the first wife of legendary singer and songwriter Bob Dylan. The daughter of Jewish immigrants from Poland, she was born and raised in Delaware, US. After a difficult childhood, she moved to New York when she was 20. She initially worked as a “bunny girl” for the ‘Playboy Club’ and modeled, too.
