A SCHOOL at the centre of a right-wing moral panic has said none of its pupils “identify as a cat or any other animal”. A teacher at Rye College was reportedly recorded telling a pupil her opinions were “despicable” for refusing to accept there are more than two genders.

Rye College sets a minimum target of 97% attendance for each student and will not authorise any holiday absence during term time. If a student's attendance drops below 97%, families will receive a letter to inform you of our concerns about your child's attendance at school.
