Russell Webb (born 1958 in Glasgow, Scotland) is a Scottish new wave bass guitarist who was member of bands such as Slik, PVC2 (both with Midge Ure), Zones, Skids, The Armoury Show and Public Image Ltd and collaborated with Richard Jobson, Virginia Astley and The Who.

Scottish bassist - songwriter - producer - video game designer - TV and radio music composer. Born in 1958 in Glasgow, Scotland. He replaced Jim McGinlay in Slik shortly before their demise (triggered by the departure of Midge Ure to Rich Kids) - however, the only recorded work featuring Webb is their 1977 punk single as PVC2.

He converted to Islam in 1889, and is considered by historians to be the earliest prominent Old Stock American Muslim convert.
