T. J. Roulhac High School was a public secondary school in Chipley, Florida. It served as the high school for black students until the public schools were integrated in 1968. History. Chipley Colored School was founded in 1938. It was for a short time known as Washington County Colored School.

Chipley High School is a public high school located at 1545 Brickyard Road in Chipley, Florida. Previously, the school was located on 2nd Street until 2000, when the present school was built on Brickyard Road. Spanish Trail Playhouse is located there today. The school's teams compete as the Tigers.
651 Pecan Street. Chipley’s Roulhac Middle School bears the name of T.J. Roulhac, Orange Hill area native, who in 1913 became supervisor of Washington County’s schools in Florida for black children.
It also provided classes for elementary and junior high pupils, and was unofficially known as the “Roulhac School”, or “Roulhac High School”. When the schools were integrated in 1968, the high school students at Roulhac transferred to Chipley High School.
12 de oct. de 2019 · Friends and family members are gathering with the graduating classes of the early 1960’s from Roulhac High School in Chipley this weekend to celebrate a reunion that was long in coming. Being held at Artis Gilmore Park on Church Street in Chipley, the reunion started Friday night, continued today and will carry on through Sunday.
