Rostrevor College has a history of nurturing boarding students from rural and remote areas dating back to 1923. In fact, the College was founded to take boarding students from Christian Brothers College on Wakefield Street, which could no longer adequately cater for the increasing number of boys who wanted to board.
Therefore, we place great emphasis on every boy being known by name by his teachers, by other boys and indeed most people he will encounter across the school day. Enrolling at Rostrevor College. Rostrevor College enrols boys from Reception through to Year 12. We encourage families to lodge an application form as early as possible as places in our key intake years fill quickly. Rostrevor College has three key intake points: Reception (Junior Years), Year 7 (Middle Years) and Years 10-11 (Senior Years).
