Later, Johnson invited Gorham to a Cooper show, and later, Johnson learned that Thin Lizzy needed a guitarist. Gorham recommended Johnson, and Johnson met with the Lizzy guys. They saw Cooper’s show together and then Lizzy played with Cooper the next week.
