Robert Howard Cait (born May 12, 1961) is an Canadian-American actor, voice actor, singer, and comedian. He voiced Mr. Wilter and Blocky in ChalkZone, and Norm the Genie (replacing Norm MacDonald) in The Fairly OddParents episode "Fairy Idol".
