The feel is mostly because 1) it is one of the most rocking Ringo Starr albums, it is sharper and edgier than most of his works, 2) of "Never Without You", a great tribute to the late George Harrison, 3) featuring David Gilmour, Eric Clapton and Willie Nelson.
