Richard Wills (born 5 December 1947, London, England) also known as Rick Wills, is a British bass player. He is best known for his work with rock band Foreigner (1979 > 1992 - Bass, Backing Vocals) and his associations with the Small Faces and Bad Company.

After the departures of McDonald and Greenwood reduced the band to a quartet, their next album 4 (1981) hit No. 1 for 10 weeks in the US, and became Foreigner's break-through album in the UK, going Top 5 there.
