Richard Glücks ( Odenkirchen, provincia del Rin, 22 de abril de 1889 - Flensburg, 10 de mayo de 1945) fue un oficial alemán de la Schutzstaffel (SS) que alcanzó el rango de general. From November 1939 until the end of World War II, he commanded the Concentration Camps Inspectorate, later integrated into the SS Main Economic and Administrative Office as "Amt D".

Richard Glücks (* 22. April 1889 in Odenkirchen; † 10. Mai 1945 in Flensburg) war ein deutscher SS-Gruppenführer und Generalleutnant der Waffen-SS. Ab November 1939 war Glücks Leiter der Inspektion der Konzentrationslager, zunächst im SS-Führungshauptamt der Waffen-SS, ab März 1942 im SS-Wirtschafts- und Verwaltungshauptamt .

After graduation from the municipal gymnasium he worked as an apprentice in the fire insurance company of his parents. In 1909 he served voluntarily in a Feldartillerie-Regiment.
