4 de may. de 2016 · Respectable isn’t a bad documentary – but it feels oddly unsatisfying. The story of Mary Millington, and indeed the underground porn industry, police corruption and the dark side of celebrity in the 1970s should be a lot more enthralling and provocative than this is.

Absolutely an interesting story that manages to give a rather detailed picture of Mary Millington, the UK's first adult superstar, and weave in a couple of threads of ideas to why Millington's life ended as it did. However, it's just too damned long and could have done with a healthy twenty-thirty minutes lopped out to speed things up.
