It is one of the most common members within the genus of Buteo in North America or worldwide.

26 de abr. de 2024 · On November 24th, 2023, a juvenile red-tailed hawk was brought to us after being hit by a vehicle on Route 222. Our team of experts immediately got to work on the bird's rehabilitation. We are grateful to everyone involved in the process - from the finder who discovered the injured hawk to the falconer who taught it how to hunt.
