Rapprocher is the first studio album by Class Actress. It was released via Carpark Records on October 18, 2011. It is a follow-up to the 2010 EP, Journal of Ardency. The title is French for "to come closer". Music videos were created for "Weekend", "Bienvenue", and "Need to Know".
Elizabeth Vanessa Harper (born 1982 or 1983), known professionally as Class Actress, is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer. Class Actress was originally conceived as a trio, consisting of Harper, Mark Richardson, and Scott Rosenthal.

Her rich, powerful, not to mention thoroughly enchanting vocals give the retro-synth pop sound a strength and impact that eludes most bands who chart a similar musical course.
