Randall William "Randy" Rhoads, más conocido como Randy Rhoads (Santa Mónica, 6 de diciembre de 1956 - 19 de marzo de 1982), fue un guitarrista estadounidense de hard rock y heavy metal. Randall William Rhoads (December 6, 1956 – March 19, 1982) was an American guitarist. He was the co-founder and original guitarist of the heavy metal band Quiet Riot, and the guitarist and co-songwriter for Ozzy Osbourne 's first two solo albums Blizzard of Ozz (1980) and Diary of a Madman (1981).

He perished in a mysterious plane accident when a small Beechcraft Bonanza plane piloted by the band's tour bus driver crashed and burned.
