RCA Records today announced a new leadership structure for a new era in the music marketplace. Mark Pitts, the President of Urban Music RCA Records, has been promoted to the role of President of RCA Records, working to grow and drive its Creative Business Operations as well as the Company’s cultural initiatives and further unifying its teams’ effectiveness. John Fleckenstein, the Chief Operating Officer of RCA Records, has been elevated to the role of President of RCA Records, where he will oversee the Company’s operations and further unify its teams’ effectiveness.
