Sadly, not a great album. It has it's moments, but doesn't work as a whole like everything that preceded it. I mean, look at the photos and the guest credits. It's like role call for The Professional Rock N Roll Party Animals & Soon To Be Dead. . Keith Moon had 4 years to live.

On Pussy Cats –famously produced by John Lennon–Nilsson manages to retain (for the most part) emotional consistency. It is a wistful, almost sad album, that wreaks of mental and physical exhaustion.
