Pero dejando atrás el cine slasher “para menores” (y subrayando que respeto profundamente el trabajo de Michael Myers) nos adentramos en I am Not a Serial Killer (Billy O’Brien, 2016) una película interesante y de corte independiente que nos enseña otra mirada al respecto; una vuelta de tuerca a los serial killers y la visión de un filme por y para ellos.

11 de jun. de 2017 · Es una película difícil de catalogar ya que ni sigue la estructura de un film de asesinos en serie ni tampoco se la puede etiquetar como una cinta propiamente de terror, y esto que, en teoría, puede dificultar notablemente su comercialización, sin embargo, para mí, es donde reside su originalidad e interés y lo que convierte a I Am Not a Serial Killer, en un elegante y seductor thriller.
