The prequel trilogy is the second installment of films of the Star Wars saga to be produced. They were released from 1999 to 2005. The prequel trilogy describes what had taken place 32 years up to 19 years before the events of Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope.
The series is distributed by Warner Bros. and consists of three fantasy films as of 2022, beginning with Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2016), and following with Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018) and Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore (2022).
