Lassard and the crew go to Moscow to help with a video game mafia led by Ron fucking Perlman. It's the most childish, the poorest written, and the least true to the Police Academy formula. The rest of the series may not be the best but the films are watchable and feel harmless. Mission to Moscow, by contrast, feels tedious, convoluted and cynical.
