"Reflections" (15:07) is a two-part epic: "part one" features Garbarek's slow building phrases, Bill Connors' softly picked acoustic guitar, and Jack DeJohnette's mystical cymbals.
Bill Connors (born September 24, 1949) is an American jazz guitarist who was a member of Chick Corea's band Return to Forever. After leaving Return to Forever, he recorded three acoustic albums and then three electric albums as a leader/soloist.

Connors settled in New York, where he became a prominent figure on the international and national music scene. He toured extensively in Europe and Japan, and recorded the legendary Hymn of the Seventh Galaxy. Connors’ work with the group and Hymn… was a pioneering step in jazz guitar.
