Pick Withers grew pretty disenchanted with the whole thing and wanted to do jazz. I believe he stated that he wanted to play drums for Weather Report. Interestingly, the drummer for Weather Report at the time, Omar Hakim, was brought in to play like Pick Withers on the Brothers in Arms LP.
